Post of Mora at Barranquilla, Dept. of Bolivia, Colombia, for collection of
letters from Post Office and delivery and for collection from private individuals and
delivery to the Post Office. Stamps stated have been printed in Paris, and, according to
the "Guia del Collecionista" de Sellos de Correos", put into use in 1892.
