Caldas (Correos Departamentales) 1931

In spite of it's name, it must be a private express company i.e. no connection with its Departmental Government since the latter authority to issue stamps and operate postal services had been withdrawn by general degree in 1937.

Presumably, the "departmental" here relates to the territory within which the ancillary postal service operated.

Propably the only stamp from this company which appears to be a legitament canceled stamp of this issue.  I have not yet been able to identify the cancel but it appears genuine.

I know of two stamps, issued in panes of 10 stamps, two complete panes are shown..
