Compania Colombiana de Transportes

I am not sure whether the "Compania Colombiana de Transportes" (a whole rubber stamp was found on the back of a letter) was an Express Company (c.f. C.C. de T. Terrestres) or a Steamer Company (c.f. C.C. de T. Fluvial) but, whether or not, it must have been a loose letter to receive this stamp.

If it were a river steamer company then one would expect the "Servicio Postal Fluvial" marking and without this one concluded that the envelope was handed to a "Land) Express Company.
