"La Vanguardia Liberal" Correo Rapido

This service was established by the newspaper La Vanguardia Liberal of Bucuramanga, chiefly for the speedy delivery of copies of the paper to Cucuta. The service was begun in 1934 and ceased the following year.

Only one stamp is known, a 20 centavo, black on salmon.

Postmark: A sans-serif type of two lines, reading:" SUBSCRIBA UD A LA VANGUARDIA LIBERAL"
