The seen image I recently found on ebay and thought I save it before it disappears.

It is a Nepal, 1908 (Oct. 4), double rate cloth bag cover with 8p tied by a suberb strike of the Baglung classic cancel. The contents of such cloth bags was usually coins, sent to the Prime Minister asking for assistance with a matter or a job in the government. The stamp has some damage to the bottom left corner, not affecting the postmarks. A very fine example from the Classic/Transitional period which lasted from 1907 to 1911
