The shown cover i have seen on ebay..., what is your opinion on that? Mixed frankings 1912 with 1933 issues are rare, but that cover somehow makes me wonder.

Hi !
At first look it seems a postmaster's fraud (using 2 x 1T instead of
2 x 2T and with heavy cancellation right on the numerals of the value).
Otherwise, I can't elaborate. I do not see if the pair overlaps the single stamp, which appears to have a strange color. Besides, I'm rather suspicious with such coarse handwriting ("deb skyel" i.e. "registered".
