Greetings,

a Tibet cover with what i believe a previously unknown Directional Marking was sold on ebay (unfortunately not to me) but i saved the image. Can someone translate the scrip in the marking to verify this is indeed a directional marking?

The litteral translation is:
"TO BE DELIVERED TO THE ENGLISH POST OFFICE IN PHAG RI" (i.e. Phari).
Best.
