The earliest recorded British-India postmark of Nepal dates from December 7, 1816.  This cover is illustrated in Armand Singer's NEPAL (pages 21-22) and is discussed in Hellrigl's NEPAL POSTAL HISTORY (pages 65-67).  The cover bears an octagon “NIPAUL / POST OFFICE / POST Paid” (Hel. Type B1) and was charged "2 Rupees".  Other covers with this marking date from the 1830s.  QUESTION:  have other Pre-1830 covers bearing this marking (Hel. Type B1) been found or recorded?
