Authorization to reprint Tibet stamps from the issue 1933 granted?

I have been informed that apparently in November 2006 the Tibetan government has officially authorized someone in France (Name can be supplied on request) to reprint the stamps of the so-called issue 1933.

I have contacted several Tibet representatives and have been asked to contact their office in France directly but so far have not received any reply.

Is someone having additional information’s on that? Official reprints might have a major impact on the stamps of Tibet.
