Recently I discovered the shown cover at an auction. It is a cover from Nepal to Shigatse via Gyantse and is franked, among the usual British Indian stamps, with a bisected 1 Tr. stamp, Setting1, canceled by GYANTSE for the forwarding from GYANTSE to SHIGATSE. At that time, the postage rate for an ordinary letter was 1/2 Tr.
Apparently the first known cover of this kind, however, where is one bisect should be at leased an other one.

Any feedback on this cover would be highly appreciated.
