Nomination is 10 Fils and the inscription on the stamps reads “Iraq Railways Letter Post Stamp”. This stamp was issued most likely on April 1st 1932 after the currency change in April 1932.

To my surprise, my limited collection shows the 10 Fils stamp only used in Kirkuk and Ghuchan, a tiny village close to Kirkuk. Coincidence or system??? What are the experiences of other collectors?

Fragment cancelled Kirkuk, dated 02. February 1933, upper stamp of the booklet pane of 2 stamps bottom stamp of the booklet pane of 2 stamps

Apparently, in some rare and isolated cases, manuscript cancels have been used, so far I know this only from Ghuchan (Quchan). RP-4, 10 fils tied to piece with black cancellation of GHUCHAN dated 30....32
