Baghdad North

Railway station in the north of the city, with lines up to the river ferry, connecting Baghdad West and to Baghdad East. A joint road & rail bridge was opened across the River Tigris in Baghdad in October 1950 so finally connecting the east and west bank metre gauge systems.
