Fragment (large part from cover) Maqil to Diwaniyah, franked along with Iraq Governmental stamp, with the Railway Stamp RP-2 (with stop after label), cancelled with the violet octagonal Railway Cancel “MAQIL”, dated 27. September 1928?? It seems the date in the cancel is inverted but the scan received is not clear enough to manifest this. Unfortunately, this item is not in my collection.
