Fiscal Marking

The below shown item i only have as an image. It is a fragment franked with 3 Iraq revenue stamps, cancelled with "IMPERIAL OTTOMAN BANK / BAGHDAD". A 

Update: Initially i thought this to be a marking of the "IMPERIAL OTTOMAN RAILWAY BAGHDAD" which has now been corrected.
