	R-Prov	This is a cover which I loved and hated at the same time. I purchased i long time ago at a German auction because it is franked along with a multiple of EU-Overprints also with a rare R-Provisional stamp. The "R" is of manuscript which is very, very seldom seen. But, that particular stamp is damaged and that fault was not mentioned in the description. When i received the cover, it was to late to complain. I tried it but the Auction house never replied ... So, I offer this rare cover much below my purchase price.	205,00
