A beautiful local cover from Neiva to Bogota. it bears a
SCADTA 10 c. on 50 c,. green, Scott No. C18, canceled with two
line SCADTA cachet NAVEGATION AEREO / NEIVA. The stamp is also
tied by Oval SCADTA postmark from Giradot. For delivery within
Bogota it bears a 3c. orange National postal stamp, canceled in
Bogota, dated 16. November 1921.
Dr. Enzo Diena (Rome, Italy) writes in his photo certificate...is
original and a perfect stamp...
The SCATA stamp of cover is already difficult to optain, on cover
a rarity.
