Cover from the 3rd. weight rate (2-3 Tola) from Doti to Kathmandu. The cover is franked with a horizontal strip of 3 stamps of the 1 Anna stamp, issue 1901-07, re-engraved frame (HV 27). The stamps are cancelled with the standard circular postmark from Doti, Type C12, on back of the cover the negative hand dated postmark of Doti, Type N24, dated (BS) 64.7.10, (AD) 27. October 1907 and the arrival postmark from Kathmandu Typ D78, dated (BS) 64.7.19, (AD) 5. November 1907. Covers 3 Anna frankings are very rare.
