At the London 2000 International, we will be having a meeting of the Circle
on Friday 26th May 10.30 - 13.00.
The first part of the meeting will be an open forum for all members attending to discuss
the activities of the Circle.
After the business session Prof. Armand Singer will give a lecture entitled "Nepal
and Tibet the Penultimate". He will also be advertising his new book "Officials
of Tibet".
We are trying to arrange a dinner venue in the evening of the same day for members to
attend. Details have not been finalized yet.
