On his page all new discovered
handstamps will be listed, waiting for publication in an eventually new
publication.
Notes:
-
If a link in the colum "Cover Image" is provided,
a fully size high resolution image of the cover bearing the respective
Handstamp. That image will open in a new layer.
-
If you copy the image that has been scanned from the
original cover and open and enlarge it with a graphic program you will see
measuring lines around the handstamp imprint. These lines indicate the
measuring border from which the actual measurement has been taken.

On cover dated 2 November 1938
from Basra to Alexandria, Egypt. The previous owner of the cover
had classified the route
instruction handstamp as type HS-74 which I do not agree on it.
The appearance of the handstamp (lettering), sender and place of
posting is different as in in
HS-74
as listed in Collins book, hence I list is as new discovery.
On the other hand,
HS-74
in my collection looks different in shape but has the senders
name/address as listed by Collins.
