1671 (iron pig year) Panchen Lobsang Yishi (2nd Panchan Lama) red seal edict addressed to concerned officers and peoples of four provincial states of central Tibet regard religious matter. The top seal shows Panchen Lama circular seal while bottom shows square Manglam seal. Both seals are in red color, written on native paper sewn on silk. Size of the letter is 160 x 50 cm.
