Who can identify this stationary envelope? Please reply to: briefmarken@gmx.de and quote item No. 1
Very shortly after uploading the image the answer came in... it is a 1873 Tula Zemstvo Postal Stationary envelope. Nine varieties exist, the differences between them are the envelope size and the shape of the flap. Answer provided by Anatoly Kiryushkin. Thank you Anatoly.
