While preparing a few album pages for my Private Mail Carrier stamps of Colombia, i noted some missing information how the fee structure was for their letters and how the fee was paid to the national post of Colombia?

I.E. In the 1930, the postage rate for an ordinary letter was 6 centavos (as per my knowledge) and letter i.e. carried by Expreso Ribon were franked with 6 centavos national postage stamps only. What was the fee for Expreso Ribon and what for the national mail and how that fees was paid?
