Issue 1928, RP-1, Complete Booklet

For the first time, all 8 booklet panes from the only booklet known are shown.

Since booklet panes containing stamps of the issue RP-1 with some differences (with or without full stop ":" after "LABEL" and other differences i expected to see this also in the panes from the booklet. However, after examining the panes all shown below, i noted y two differences in the panes/stamps. The upper stamp always have the Arabic script between "I.R." and LABEL on the bottom base line of "I.R." while the lower stamps in the pane have the Arabic script between "I.R." and LABEL on the upper base line of "I.R. Furthermore there are constant differences in the vertical position of the word "LABEL".
