I just learned that the Board of Election of the Roll of Distinguished Philatelists met to offer four philatelists from around the world the highest philatelic honor possible: an invitation to add their signatures to the Roll of Distinguished Philatelists. The Roll, founded in May of 1921, is a collection of prestigious philatelic scholars who are recognized and chosen for their remarkable achievement, scholarship, and service to philately. Among of this year's honorees is NTPSC member and Tibet collector Alan Warren (USA). Congratulation Alan!
On May 31, at a award ceremony during the Stockholmia 2019 exhibition in Sweden will be held.
