(1912) receipt of a letter from Tsarong Delek Rapten, dated "Water Mouse" year, 15th of the 12th month.

1914 "Roessler" Philatelic cover addressed to USA. (Roessler was a U.S. stamp dealer and one of the first dealers to handle Tibetan stamps and covers.) Franekd with India Edw. VII 2a 6p Blue tied by GYANTSE-TIBET I SILIGURI BASE Type B-1 (Hel. B45) cds (dated 24 FEB 14). Tibet 1/6 Tr Green & 1/3 Tr. Blue tied by two small circular cancels.
