A rare 1912 issue sheet, 1/3 Trangka nomination, in cobalt colour (Colour code 22C5, Waterfall W-40). Waterfall states in his handbook "The ink was totally unsuitable for fine
printing - most of them are just recognizable as Tibetan stamps
- they are only known used from Lhasa. Multiples, - mint or
used- are real rarities ... |
