Rainer's Zemstvo Pages

A "Online Guide" to classify and identify Russian Zemstvo Stamps.

This Online guide to classify the Russian Zemstvo stamps is aimed to help other collectors to identify the stamps as per the Government who issued them. I am a relative novice to Zemstvos and still have many problems to identify and classify them so it will help my self in getting knowledge and also will help you as you can benefit from my knowledge...
This brief guide is not foreseen (at the moment) to classify the stamps up to the respective catalogue numbers since many issues differ only in the color shade. perforations and type of paper.
Any suggestions for additional categories will be greatly appreciated.
